A-CAP's Summer Internship Program is designed for university students eager to immerse themselves in the private credit and equity industries. During the program, interns work closely with our experienced Investment team, gaining practical experience in financial analysis, investment strategies, and portfolio management. This hands-on experience is complemented by opportunities to network with industry professionals and contribute to real projects that drive our firm’s success. The program reflects our commitment to developing future leaders in finance and offers a supportive environment where interns can grow both personally and professionally.

For over 3 years, the Emerging Leaders Program has steadfastly committed to developing a proof of concept through innovative programs. Over the course of partnership with A-CAP, our financial commitment has enabled them to provide stipends, deepen relationships with schools, increase the number of students involved, and broaden industry coverage for Internships and Fellows. Today, ELP’s programming is remarkably in its 9th cohort, has completed over 475 programming hours, enrolled 300+ scholars, employed multiple ELP alumni, placed 34 high school students in paid internships at JP Morgan and ACAP, and engaged 51 ELP scholar/professional Fellows. ELP has gradually expanded their tenure with scholars, diversified their experiences and pushed them to the next level. They constantly seek to deepen their impact and solidify their professional networks.
